can u fight?or do u just verbally abuse cuz u dont look like a fighting type

Ok so physical pain is much better than emotional pain. I don't like to fight as much as I don't like to verbally abuse. I don't like fighting in general. I try to avoid arguments. So I'm going to avoid this.
